Visit our center for a tour. Learn about our program and ask any questions you may have. After the visit you will be given the opportunity to fill out registration paperwork and pay the required (non-refundable) wait list & registration fees. If you choose to pay at this time, you will be given the required enrollment paperwork. If an opening is not currently available, you will be placed on our wait list. We will give you our best estimate for an opening.

Required Forms:
- Enrollment form (this is required at time of enrollment)
- Certificate of health (this is required within thirty days of enrollment)
- Immunization records request (this is required at time of enrollment)
- Emergency contact card (this is required at time of enrollment)
- Your child’s personal record/social history

Also, an appointment should be made to discuss the child’s interests and social history. At this time we can discuss shared values and goals. We would also like to know more about your family. We constantly strive to make this a center where you
feel comfortable visiting your child or other parents and staff.
We require a minimum two hour visit to school with the child and parent on the first day of school. This allows for an easier family transition. Your child will be more at ease knowing you are near and that you are comfortable in this setting.
